1. The Province of Guimaras, through the 2024 SPP - Tourism Marketing and Promotion intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Pesos Only (Php 263, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Promotion Materials (Printing of Guimaras Brochure, Guimaras Folio/Folder, Catalogue) and USB Drive. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by two (2) months upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
