Description : The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the Hospital Income (HI) to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1, 708, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL POLOSHIRTS AND SPORTSWEAR FOR EVERSLEY CHILDS SANITARIUM AND GENERAL HOSPITAL-S ACTIVITIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 [EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY]” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is in accordance with the Delivery Schedule after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
