FOR
“Supply and Delivery of Six (6) Units of Water Level Sensor, Radar Type”
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty Thousand pesos (Php1, 080, 000.00) only, being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of Six (6) Units of Water Level Sensor, Radar Type” PR 2024-01-0069 / IB 2024-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery period shall be sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
