1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the General Fund - 20% Development Fund - Supplemental Appropriation CY 2022 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 Series of 2022. intends to apply the sum of TWENTY TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP22, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THERMAL DECOMPOSITION MACHINE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
