1. The City Government of Lipa, through the CY 2025 Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (P1, 999, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOKEN FOR DISTRIBUTION TO ALL INDIVIDUALS, SECTORAL PARTICIPANTS AND VOLUNTEERS DURING VARIOUS LGU ACTIVITIES, with Project Identification Number-2024-12-1119.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required upon receipt of Notice to Proceed until December 31, 2025.
