1.The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2024 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php2, 200, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Traffic Signal Light at Elvinda, San Pedro, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
