1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos (₱276, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of vacuum sealer and vacuum bags for repacking of relief goods during State of Calamity (TD KRISTINE and PEPITO) /PR125L. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days.
