Description : INVITATION TO BID

(Early Procurement Activities)

1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the COB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 10/100 (Php 3, 170, 699.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above-mentioned procurement project, in accordance with provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required as stated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
