1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the COB CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 734, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
