The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, through the MOOE Quick Response Fund (QRF) FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos Only (PHP 9, 999, 665.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the procurement of five (5) lots as follows:
