INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OFFICE EQUIPMENT (RE-BID)
IB 2024-06
1. The Batanes General Hospital, through the Internally Generated Fund CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of LOT 1 - ICT EQUIPMENT PhP1, 110, 000.00; Lot 2 - WATER PUMP AND METER PhP300, 000.00; Lot 3 - REFRIGIRATION AND AIRCONDITIONING EQUIPMENT PhP1, 695, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each LOT shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Batanes General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
