IB No. NIAR3-2024-BAT-VETIVER-G4

1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos Only (P 9, 000, 528.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Vetiver Grass for Tangilad SRIS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
