Project Name : Expansion of Cub Scouting in Primary Schools (4th Phase) Project (ECSPS- 4th P Project), Implementation Authority - Bangladesh Scouts

Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer/Suplier in the supply of goods and related services as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor/Suplier in the supply of goods and related services of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 80, 00, 000/- (Eighty Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Tent and 200 Nos (Two Hundred) supply and/or production capacity per year.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only credit line(s) is Tk. 80, 00, 000/- (Eighty Lakh) only..5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses, Proper VAT Registrations Certificate and Up to date Suplier License from any GoB organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.6. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents

Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : 1. Supply and distribution of Tents for Camping, Event management and Training activities of Bangladesh Scouts.2. Double ply & Double Fold Ridge Tent, which are suitable for protection from harsh weather such as heavy rains, very high temperatures and cold weathers.3. These tents are manufactured using the best suitable fabrics are the construct is designed for convenient usage.4. Other ancillary works as described in BOQ.
