SCOPE OF WORK: Supply and installation of 40 to 50 KVA Diesel Generator set as per above essential specifications at the Residence of Ambassador of India to Mali at Badalabougou Rue 14 Porte 205, Bamako (Mali). The ideal requirement of the capacity of the DG Set is to be independently assessed by the bidder, taking into consideration the uptimum load of the present electric installations, before submission of their bids
Last Date and Time for Depositing the Bids: The bids should be deposited/reach the Embassy by 1500 hrs on 17 June 2022.
Time and Date of Opening of Bids: The Technical Bids will be opened at 1600 hrs on 17th June 2022 and the Financial Bids (of only those bidders, who qualify in their techninal bids), will be opened at 1700 hrs on 17th June 2022. In case it is declared a holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the time indicated herein.
