Request for proposals are invited for Supply and Installation of Electrical Generator in Telkief - Ninawa Governorate, Iraq.
1 Supply 45 KVA Generator, 4 cylinders, NOT turbocharge engine. No. 1
2 Supply galvanized aluminum fuel tank 1500 Liter No. 1
3 Supply Generator Board No. 1
4 Supply & Install Sun shed (cage) LS 1
5 Fire extinguisher type ABCD of 12 Kg. Pcs 2
General Requirements:
1. Must be registered to conduct business and in compliance with federal government tax regulations in Iraq.
2. The supplier cannot provide or use any items with origin in the Islamic Republic of Iran or produced by Iranian companies.
3. Experience supplying International Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, or large private companies will be an advantage.
4. CRS retains the right to reject, cancel, negotiate, amend, split and accept any offer, without consideration of the lowest offer.
5. This is an invitation to vendors and is not a promise or obligation that CRS will contract with suppliers through the submitted offers.
1. Supply electrical generator of Prime Capacity 45KVA with below technical specifications:
• voltage 230/400V - 50Hz
• 4 cylinders
• Not turbocharge engine.
• Please provide in your technical proposal details of the engine, the alternator, and the compact soundproof canopy with %70.
2. Supply galvanized aluminum Fuel tank capacity 1500 liter: This work includes all the connection from the tank to the generator by using all required fittings in addition to fuel filter from tank toward the generator,
3. Supply Generator Board: panel board size 100*80, 3 contactors of 100 amp for each, 3 circuit breakers of 100 amp 3 phases, 6 of indication lamp ATS, 3 timer, 2 relay, bus bar for outlets of circuit breakers, circuit breaker 1 phase for control, 3 gauges 5-50 for AMP to measure the provided power during the operation, CT 3 pcs, Voltage gauge 1 pcs, Single Secret 2 AMP 3 pcs, Single Phase wire 0.5mm 20m, terminal 3 pcs, non-armored cable size 16mm* 4 core of 25 meter from generator to office building.
4. Supply & Install Sun shed (cage) & fire extinguisher: supply materials and manpower to construct new steel sun shed 4.5*4 m dimensions 3m Hight for the generator, use the following steel sections.
• 8 columns of rectangular steel section (4x4) inches 2mm thickness 3m height. The columns should have bottom end of steel plate (footpad) 10x10 cm 3mm thickness to connect to the ground by Revit bolts (4 bolts/column).
• Bottom ring: use equal angled steel section of (2x2) inches 2mm thickness to connect the columns bottom ends together for all sides of the sun shed.
• Top ring: use equal angled steel section of (2x2) inches 2mm thickness to connect the columns top ends together for all sides of the sun shed.
• Steel rafters: use 5 rectangular steel section (8x4) inches 2mm thickness.
• For roofing: use corrugated steel plate gauge 0.6mm. keep 1% slope for roofing.
• BRC sided: use 8x8cm 6mm diameter BRC mesh for all sides of the sun shed.
• 1.2x2.2m Steel door: use 8x8cm 6mm diameter BRC mesh with exterior frame of equal angled steel section of (2x2) inches 2mm thickness and interior frame of rectangular steel section (3x2) inches 2mm thickness. Item include providing lock.
• Fire extinguisher: 2 ceiling mounted fire extinguisher to install above the generator
5. Please note that your price must include warranty, transportation & installation fees per requested technical specifications for a well- known & trustworthy brand generator. CRS will request Certificate of Origin from shortlisted vendors .
6. Please confirm your proposed Warranty duration and terms: (you can attach any required documents)
7. Please confirm your proposed maintenance terms and conditions: (you can attach any required documents).
8. Please provide your technical proposal for the generator.
