Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Installation of Integrated Light Emitting Diodes with Nersky along Sani Abachaway (Northern Parkway, n8 & n9)

i. Provision and Installation of Light-Emitting Diodes Lamps.
ii. Provision and Installation of 12m Hot-dipped single arm Octagonal Galvanise Streetlight poles.
iii. Provision and Installation of 12m Hot-dipped Double Arms Octagonal Galvanise Streetlight poles.
iv. Provision and Installation of 12m Hot-dipped flyover mounted Octagonal Galvanise Streetlight poles.
Provision and Installation of Reinforce concrete plinth for streetlight poles.
v. Provision and Installation of 4x25mm SWA Underground Armored Cable.
vi. Provision and Installation of Streetlight accessories.

i. Supply and installation of 160-180w, 100-120W, 80-100Watts LED Lamps.
ii. Supply and installation of 10m, 8m, 6m Hot-dipped Single Arm Octagonal Galvanized Streetlight Poles
iii. Replacement and Rehabilitation of pole plinths
iv. Supply and installation of 4x16mm SWA Underground Armored cable.
v. Supply and installation of NARI PCS 9691 and PCS 9697 over current and earth fault relay with broken conductor
vi. Supply and installation of 110V 30A Heavy Duty Charger, tap-changer control panels, 33KV Cable, type 1x185mm2, DM2600 Motorola Base Radio with charger, battery coaxial cable and antenna
vii. Supply and Installation of 300KVA 337.41SKV substation Transformer.




COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS (WORKS)
b. Interested Companies are to collect Tender Documents in (Room 0.013), FCDA Procurement Department, (Ground Floor) Wing “A” FCDA Headquarters (Opposite NTA), Area 11- Garki, Abuja between the official working hours of 08:00am and 4:00pm from Monday 2nd May, 2023 to Friday upon presentation of evidence of payment of Non-Refundable Tender fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only for the respective projects through REMITA (Applicable to Project Numbers: WA/DES/06-10, WA/DRC/01, WA/DES/08, and WA/DPB/01)


SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR WORKS
Completed Tender documents should be in Two (2) Hard copies (Marked “Original”) each for both Technical and Financial Bids with soft copy of financial bid only, in MS Excel format, packaged in Two (2) separated sealed envelopes clearly marked at the top right corner of each envelope stating the tittle of the Project Le. “TECHNICAL BIDS;” & “FINANCIAL BIDS;” and at the reverse side the name of the company should be boldly written. Both envelopes shall then be put in a large envelope clearly marked at the top right corner stating the tittle of the project and submitted in Room 0.013, FCDA Procurement Department, (Ground Floor) Wing “A” FCDA Headquarters (Opposite NTA), Area 11-Garki, Abuja and to be addressed to:

Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA),
No. 8 AYANGBA STREET, AREA 11, GARKI ABUJA.
