Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Laboratory Equipment.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project
(GMS-HSP), Ministry of Health and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 29th August 2024 to
26th September 2024 from 07:30 am. to 11:30 pm. and 2:00 pm. to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 35.00 or its equivalent in
Cambodian Riel 145, 250.00. The document will be issued through hand delivery (against cash payment) or sent by email in
electronic form (against bank transfer) or as requested by the bidder. The method of payment will be in Cash or through Bank
Transfer. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of the
non-refundable fee specified above, there shall be no other conditions for purchase of the bidding documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 27th September 2024, at 3:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local
community who choose to attend in person at the address given below at 3:00 pm on 27th 2024.
10. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
11. The Government and/or the Development Partner will respectively declare a bidder ineligible either indefinitely or for a
stated period of time, to be awarded a contract financed by them, if it at any time they determine that the bidder has engaged
in corrupt or fraudulent, coercive, collusive or obstructive practices in competing for or in executing a contract.
