Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of New Air Conditioners, Servicing of Existing Air Conditioners at All Dogepesw Offices in Kavango East Region and at Six (6) Constituency Offices

To be eligible to participate in this Quotation exercise, you should:
(а) Have a certified copy of Registration Certificate.
(b) Have an original valid or certified valid copy of good Standing Tax Certificate.
(с) Have an original valid or certified valid copy of good Standing Social Security
Certificate.
(d) Have a valid certified copy of Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, proof
from Employment Equity Commissioner that bidder is not a relevant employer,
or exemption issued in terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998:
(е) Submit a signed bid securing declaration.
(О Certified valid SME Certificate.
(g) Certified Copy of the National Identify Document of the Company owner(s)
(g) Submit a company profile with complete curriculum vitae for the key technical
personal indicating: number of years in business and any other relevant
information concerning the related works.
