Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Ozone Detector Transmitter with LCD Display at Stage-1, Tertiary Treatment Plant, Tubli WPCC

A Supply and Installation of Lcd Ozone Monitor Evikon e2638-03 Wall Mounted Rang: 0-5 Ppm with Remote Probe including Accessories Filter Set and Mounting Bracket, Grp Canopy, Power Cabling and Trunking
B Supply and Installation of Siemens s71200 Compact Plc for Scada Interfacing
C Supply and Installation of Beacon with Cabling, Conduits and Mounting on the Top of Ozone Plant
D Supply and Installation of Foc Fiber Optics Cable from Stage-1 to Ozone Control Room, including Pvc Conduits and Other Fittings.
E Supply and Installation of Media Converter 1 Lot
F Supply of Spare Parts Wall Mount Remote Probe with Fixing Clamp 2 Nos
G Testing and Commssioning 1 Lot

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender are able to get the Tender Documents online through the Internal tender services Ministry of Works website or the Bahrain e-Government - (https://www.bahrain.bh) starting from advertising date.
Contractors should have a valid qualification license and registered with Cost Engineering Directorate in the Ministry of works and have commercial register in the same field. (Only for contractors and projects listed by the Category mentioned above.
The tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
As per the cabinet edicts no.s (6-2416) of 2017 and ( 4-2516) of 2019, registered SME-s will be offered a preference of 10% in
tenders and auctions related to service utilities inside purchasing authority premises. In case there is another applicable preference percentage, the higher of them will be offered to SME's.
The bids should be deposited in the tender box at the Tender unit at 6th floor New Building, Ministry of Works
as per the above mentioned date.
Tenders shall be submitted in one envelope.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
o Unit price and total amount with 10% VAT(as the case may be) in BD. shall be shown against each quoted item.
o Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
o Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by Ministry of Labour.
o All documents submitted as part of the bid must be stamped with the Company-s Stamp.
Tenders shall remain valid for 180 days from the closing date.
The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of a tender.
Any Bid that dose not meet the above conditions will be rejected in addition to the conditions specified in the tender documents.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents.
