Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of similar goods/ research equipment at least 02 (two) contract(s) not less than Tk. 14.00 (fourteen) lac within the last 03 (three) years. The proof submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./ autonomous organization.3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iv) Income Tax Clearance Certificate4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 16.00 Lac.5) Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter as per technical specification6) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
