Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of similar goods at least 02 (two) contract(s) not less than Tk. 15.00 (sixteen) lac within the last 03 (three) years.3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 15.00 (sixteen) Lac.5) Manufacturer or sealers Authorization Letter as per technical specification6) Tenderer must have to submit offer for all items in full quantity mentioning brand name and country of origin.7) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
