The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for supply & installation of security screening equipment for UNON. The scope of requirement shall includes supply & installation of the following equipment:a) Cargo x-Ray Inspection scannersfor checking bulk deliveries, b) Carry-on baggage/luggage x-ray Inspection scanners for checking hand luggage and parcels, c) Explosive trace detectors for human and parcel screening, d) Walk through metal detectors at pedestrian entry points, e) Handheld metal detectors.Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON anticipates to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the goods and services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document.
