Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall be Local manufacturer or authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacture.Local manufacturer shall have a minimum of 5 years specific experience for production of the similar goods.Authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacturer shall have a minimum of 5 years specific experience for supply of similar goods and related services.The Tenderer shall have updated valid trade license, TIN and VAT registration certificate. Copy of these papers must be enclosed along with the tender in addition to the required papers mentioned in the tender documents.The Tenderer shall submit the sample (1 no of Tele pre-paid meter in Rajshahi regional store) before submission of the tender document and receipt of the submitted sample to be attached with the tender document.
