Supply and Installation of various Electronic Systems to Support Three-Runway System (3RS) at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)
Description:-The scope of the works includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training, maintenance and warranty of various electronic systems including Audio-Visual System (AVS), Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Audio-Recording System (ARS), Tag System and TV Display System for government departments to support Three-Runway System (3RS) project at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). The Contract is scheduled to commence in March 2023 for completion in October 2024.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Audio Electronics Installation” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Audio Electronics Installation” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
