The RFQ pertains to the manufacture and delivery of stainless-steel vacuum chambers that will be used to house beamline diagnostic assemblies for Beamline 4 North (BL4N) within the ARIEL-II facility at TRIUMF. There are two configurations of the diagnostic boxes, both of which must be vacuum leak-tight to a minimum of 1E-9 Torr-L/sec helium.The scope of this RFQ is the machining and welding of the two diagnostic box weldments (TBP2502 and TBP2426), and the custom rectangular port blank flange. Quantities of weldments and associated components are listed in table 1 and 2 respectively in Appendix - F.
