Tender Details

The delivered brake calipers must be brand new, of good quality, undamaged, must not have any hidden defects and must comply with the description contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Deliveries of remanufactured parts or those assembled with remanufactured parts are not permitted. Clamps suppliedas parts of vehicles related to the safety of their use and environmental protection are listed in Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).as amended), hence they must meet one of the conditions specified in § 10 of the above. regulation.

SUPPLY OF BRAND NEW BRAKE CALIPERS FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT BUSES

The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for products equivalent to the products listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which can replace themć, provided that the parts delivered by the Contractor must meet the following general requirements:

a) Ensure unchanged functionality of the system in which it will be installed;

b) Ensure proper operation and do not result in deterioration of reliability and service life in relation to the part indicated infrom the Ordering Party;

c) Do not cause collisions with other elements of the vehicle;

d) Meet the technical and operational requirements of the vehicle manufacturer;

e) Have dimensional, assembly and functional parameters consistent with the parameters of the parts according to the vehicle manufacturer's spare parts catalogues;
