Tenders are invited for Supply of Bulk and Packaged Lubricants and Provision of Lubricant Facilities Maintenance Services to Debswana Operations
To participate in the RFP. prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of P2.280.00 (inclusive of VAT) and send proof of payment by email to ktebape@debswana.bw indicating their interest to participate in the RFP. Bidders will then be invited to
participate through SAP Ariba platform (see Instructions below on how to register on SAP Anba). The deadline for paying for the RFP and registering interest to participate is 19th November 2021 at 5pm.
Note: Prospective bidders who have not paid for the RFP and registered interest to participate by the above deadline will not be invited to participate in the RFP. Payment shall be made to;

Summary of Scope of Services:
(a) The Supplier shall be responsible for the delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants to the bulk lubricants storage facilities and supplier designated warehouses at Orapa. Letlhakane, Damtshaa and Jwaneng Mines
(b) The Supplier shall ensure that there is sufficient lubricant stock on site to meet Debswana operations requirements
(c) The supplier shall supply the lubricants on a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) process and the risk of the stock will rest with the Supplier until consumed by Debswana
(d) Develop and implement lubricants facilities maintenance strategy (including components replacement) which shall include corrective or preventative replacement strategies aimed at improving productivity / reliability / availability of the lubricants and dispensing equipment and facilities as well as minimizing wastage lnstall units and associated conveyor spares as required in order to continuously optimize performance, reliability and availability.
(e) The Supplier shall provide a waste management and treatment strategy for any waste that the Supplier produces.
