Tenders are invited for Supply of Concrete base, Qty: 3 m3
Supply materials and cast reinforced concrete slab for the base of generator, 20 cm thickness, concrete compressive strength not less than 30 mPa using sulphate resisting cement, reinforced with two layers of φ12 mm rebars @ 20 cm spacing in both direction for each layer, fy for rebars should be not less than 420 mPa. The slab should be cast on a layer of compacted subbase not less than 20 cm thick. Plywood form should be used for the sides, and finishing the top surface of the slab with helicopter to ensure fair faced concrete for all the sides of the slab. Price includes using vibrator continuously during casting process, and curing with clean water after casting for the period specified by the supervising engineer.
