Tenders are invited for Supply, Deliver, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Precision Wireless Spotlight Complete with Related Accessories for Special Operation Squad Rhib Boat, Royal Brunei Police Force
1. Applicants are invited from companies and suppliers who registered with His Majesty's Government
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
2. The offer form must be accompanied by a copy of the Business Registration Certificate 16 & 17
which is still valid that lists business details such as name, number registration and state of origin, identification card or passport number of the owner.
3. Bid documents can be obtained from the Purchasing and Supply Unit, Ground Floor, Gadong Police Headquarters during working hours which is Monday to Thursday from 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM and 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM and Saturdays from 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM.
4. Bids - bids must be returned and sent to the said address below in a sealed envelope with the number and name written on it offer without showing the identity of the wholesaler no later than the hour: 2:00 pm, day Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
5. Any offer received after the specified date and time is not will be served.
6. Any accepted offer is not placed in a sealed envelope or put in the envelope but without writing the number and name offers will also not be entertained.
7. The quotation form must be returned to Gadong Police Headquarters, Jalan Furnace if your company cannot offer a price (No quote) on the closing date stated above.
