1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2023 (Fund 164-Main) Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1, 400, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of 1 Lot Library Self-Service (Check-in/Check-out) Kiosk Machine/System with identification number GS-P17-2023-05-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required by One Hundred Twenty Calendar Days (120CD). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years (May 23, 2021-May 23, 2023) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
