Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND
INSTALLATION OF 30MM REMOTE CONTROL WEAPON
STATION (RCWS) FOR THE PCG
1. The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriation Act of CY-2024
(Continuing Fund) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Six Million Seven
Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (PhP406, 713, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply,
Delivery and Installation of 30mm Remote Control Weapon Station (RCWS) for
the PCG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the Project, Supply, Delivery and
Installation of 30mm Remote Control Weapon Station (RCWS) for the PCG.
Delivery of the Goods is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days
upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) in accordance with Section VI (Schedule
of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents for the project. Bidders should have
