This RFQ refers to the supply, delivery and installation of Endoscopy Equipment (Part II) to various health facilities across the Republic of Uzbekistan.The requirement consists of the following 7 items divided into 7 lots: Lot # 1: Set for rectoscopy, for adult - 17 units; Lot # 2: Set for cysto-resectoscopy - 6 units;Lot # 3: Set for cysto-urethroscopy, paediatric - 5 units;Lot # 4: Set for video hystero resectoscopy - 7 units;Lot # 5: Set of equipment and instruments for video endoscopy (broncho-, gastro-, duodeno-, colono-) - 33 units;Lot # 6: Set for naso-pharyngo-laryngo fiberscopy, for adult - 4 units;Lot # 7: Digital video colposcope-16 units.Note to Bidders:Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.
