The Municipality of Tubigon, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Forty Pesos (P 1, 179, 040.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Materials for the Upgrade/Rehabilitation of Steel-Bolted Bladder Type Tank at Ilijan, Tubigon, Bohol/ Project Identification No. 100-053-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
