Description : Invitation to Bid
1.The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php8, 550, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Three (3) units Wireless portable flat panel detector for Digital Radiography System, for use in Province-owned hospitals: CPH-Carcar City (1 unit); CPH-Balamban (1 unit); Bantayan District Hospital (1 unit) under Advertisement No. 24-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
