The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee and through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱17, 660, 000.00) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Two (2) Units 1500 KVA Pad Mounted Oil-Immersed Transformer Including Testing and Commissioning (Rebid), 1 Lot.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
