Description : The Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (BAFE) intends to procure the “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS CONSOLIDATED ICT REQUIREMENTS OF BAFE FOR CY 2024” with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of SIxTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 65, 000.00) for Lot 3
2. The BAFE, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said requirement.
3. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (R.A.) NO. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Including Annex H thereof.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAFE-BAC Secretariat at the address given below starting November 27, 2024, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, before the opening of bids scheduled on December 17, 2024, 01:00 PM PST.
