1. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte, through the Local Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 1, 500, 000, 00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Waterworks Billing and Collection System of LGU-San Miguel, Leyte PR no. 2025-2-53. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ______.
