Supply, Delivery and Testing of Solar Radiation Monitoring Equipment
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Thirty-Three Thousand Three Hundred pesos (Php2, 033, 300.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “Supply, Delivery and Testing of Solar Radiation Monitoring Equipment” PR 2024-06-0448 / IB 2024-33. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the NTP. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
