1. The Laguna State Polytechnic University, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand (Php 950, 000.00) pesos only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Configuration, Testing and commissioning of Fixed Indoor LED Wall with Sound System and LED Wall Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) for LSPU Siniloan Campus/LSPUSinC 2025-001PB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
