SUPPLY & DELIVERY of FLU VACCINE ( Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine )

The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers to submit a proposal / quotation for the above stated project for Pag-IBIG Fund, Tuguegarao Branch with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P 128, 000.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information from the Admin Procurement Unit, Ground Flr., Editha Tuddao Bldg. Balzain Road, Tuguegarao.

A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Procurement Unit, Tuguegarao Hub on MAY 21, 2024.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
