Bidding document m English is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolDatra.gov.np.egp. Interested bidders shall register m the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 3.000.00 to the following bank and scanned copy m pdf format of the voucher
receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at AEPC, Mid Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal at 11.00 A.M.
on 23 June 2022.
Interested Bidders shall submit the Electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office
of AEPC on or before 12:00 Noon on 08 July 2022.
Submitted Bids shall be opened m presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend on 12:15
PM on 08 July 2022 at the office of AEPC, Mid Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. But nothing shall bar the
opening of Tender by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder-s representative
should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authorin' of firm at the tune of bid opening.
Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by the bid security (Bank Guarantee or Cash Deposited mto Bank) amounting to minimum of NRs.480, 000.00 e bid security amount shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 04 November 2022).

If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security m the form of cash, the cash should be deposited m Office Code 30S0002 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali Branch and scanned copy in pdf format of the voucher receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
