Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ANESTHESIA MACHINE WITH TARGET CONTROLLED INFUSION FOR BRAIN AND SPINE CENTER
1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the Regular Agency Fund (RAF) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ANESTHESIA MACHINE WITH TARGET CONTROLLED INFUSION FOR BRAIN AND SPINE CENTER”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CVMC- BAC now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
