Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Orthopaedic Surgery Table with Traction Set for Intermediate Hospital Katutura.

GENERAL
High quality, high end trauma and orthopedic operating table with built-in multiple functions making it suitable for use in general surgery and orthopedic and trauma surgical procedures.
1 ELECTRICAL STANDARDS
1.1 The table should be electrohydraulic drive.
1.2 Load capacity: 300kg. State:
1.3 Battery and mains operation must be available.
1.4 Special-design batteries with a capacity for at least 24 hours of operation.
1.5 Battery charge level have to be monitored electronically, with optical indicator and acoustic signal.
1.6 Charging the batteries via line power supply 220-240 VAC, 50 Hz.
1.7 The table must have Backlit corded Hand control with status indicator for the battery charge level. Please select the functions via the hand control.

1.7 In case of failure of the electronics parts, the table have the possibility of working through an override control key panel system. State the functions can be done.
1.8 The table must have a foot switch control. Please state the functions of the foot switch.
2 TECHNICAL DATA.
2.1 Stable base construction with 4 double swivel castors for easy motion and maneuvering.
2.2 Locking of the double swivel castor must be able.
2.3 Base and column casings of stainless steel and aluminum.
2.4 Column casing, joint covers and side rail equipment for the table top frame made of chrome nickel steel.
2.5 High pressure laminate.
2.6 Should have sealed hydraulic mechanism to avoid oil spillage.
2.7 Table top in 5 sections. (Modules). The table must be supply with:

b) Lower back plate
c) Upper back plate
d) Seat plate
e) Leg plates (divided)
2.8 Accessory rails of stainless steel.
2.9 Top frame of epoxy coated steel.
2.10 Top plate of x-ray translucent.
2.11 The entire table top have to be designed without crossbars to allow for radiography during surgical interventions.
