Bid Security
A bid security of US$1 000.00 or RTGs equivalent at prevailing auction rate in the form:
i) a bank guarantee; or
ii) a cash deposit to the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe
If the second option is preferred, a non -refundable fee of US$ 200 or its RTGs equivalence shall be paid to PRAZ as an establishment fee.

Site Visit
A compulsory site visit will be conducted on the 12th of March 2021 at 1200 hours. All potential bidders are supposed to converge at Municipality of Kariba, Old Administration Block, Kariba Heights, Kariba at 1130 hours.

Validity of Bids
The minimum period that the Bidder-s bid must remain valid is sixty (60) days from the deadline for the submission of bids.
