Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2024 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Ninety-Six Thousand Pesos (PhP96, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Configuration of Door Access Control System (Re-bid) (“Project”). The goods shall be delivered within sixty (60) days after the receipt of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
