1. The City of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1121 s. 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Pesos (₱19, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Training For The Use Of Air Quality Monitoring, Analytics, And Forecasting Equipment For Disaster And Preparedness Response Of City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Department.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids.
