Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning of Surveillance System along with Providing Monitoring, Supervision and Maintenance Service for Motihari-Amlekhgunj Petroleum Pipeline- Nepal Section

Complete set of Bidding Document for the task in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document (non-refundable fee) of NRs. 5, 000 to the NOC/MAPL*s Current Account Number: 5401017500195, Nabil Bank Ltd., Simara Branch and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount
be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at NOC/MAPL, Amlekhgunj, Bara at 11.00 A.M. on 21 October 2021.

Interested eligible Bidders are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 1:00 P.M. on 3 November 2021.

Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:30 P.M. on 3 November 2021 at the office of NOC, Amlekhgunj, Bara, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum NRs. 1, 900, 000.00 (In Words: One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Rupees Only), which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to minimum 2 March 2022).

If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NOC/MAPL's Current Account Number: 5401017500195, Nabil Bank Ltd. Simara Branch, Bara and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
