1. Scope
a. The scope of work shall be to supply, install, test and commission the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System for Koronadal Public Market. All the required parameters shall be transmitted to City of Koronadal Water District Main office as the Central Command Center.
b. The SCADA system, in general, performs the following tasks but not limited for specified parameters:
i. Monitoring functions
ii. Controlling functions
iii. Graphical displaying functions
iv. Reporting functions
v. Alarming functions
vi. Trending functions
vii. Data storage
