Description : 1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, through the QRF 2021, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Three Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and 34/100 (PHP 32, 351, 894.34) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing, Configuration and Commissioning of Six (6) Fly-Away Auto Acquire Antenna System (VSAT) for the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operations Centers (RDRRMOC) CAR, IV-A, IV-B, xI, xII, and CARAGA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Office of Civil Defense now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in the Section VI: Schedules of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last five years (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
