1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the Municipal Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of
Lot 1- ABC: Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php13, 500.00)
Lot 2- ABC: Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Pesos (Php67, 330.00)
being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Livestock Supplies/ Project identification Number 2025-02-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within 10 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
